In our own full-day and half-day tours, babies from 0 to 2 years old travel free of charge. They do not occupy an individual seat on the coach and must travel on the lap of a parent or guardian.

Children from 3 to 11 years old have a reduced child fare and an assigned seat. From 12 years old, the adult fare applies.

If you book online, you will receive an immediate confirmation email with your booking voucher. The voucher includes the meeting point, the exact time you need to be there and the main details of your experience.

You can cancel or change the date of your booking free of charge up to 24 hours in advance of the tour start time.

For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, a refund will only be processed upon presentation of an official medical certificate confirming the inability to take part in the excursion.

If there are companions in the same booking, the medical certificate only covers the person who experienced the health issue. Companions must take the tour; if they decide not to attend, they will lose the amount paid for their spot.

After the 24-hour deadline, without a medical certificate, or in the case of a no-show at the designated time and location, no refund will be issued.
