• Opening hours: From May to September, daily from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Included: Access to the park and all water attractions.
• Not included: Food, drinks, lockers, sunbeds, floats or any additional services.
• Transport: No transfer service available from Arenal.
• Notes: Bringing outside food or drinks is not allowed.

• Cancellations or modifications made up to 24 hours before departure time: 100% refund or free date change.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure: a medical certificate will be required to qualify for a refund or change.
• Without proof, 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
