Meeting point at Airport - Arrivals:

Your flight will be monitored to ensure that your transfer service is not affected in case of any flight delay.

We will do our best to have your driver waiting for you upon your arrival. However, due to unforeseen events such as delays, a minimal wait may be necessary.

The driver will wait up to 1 hour after landing. If, for any reason, you are delayed leaving the baggage hall (e.g., lost luggage), please call us.

Transfers from your accommodation to the airport:

The driver can wait a maximum of 15 minutes at the appointed location.

Kindly inform us as soon as possible if you need to reschedule or change the departure location.

Any change request will be subject to fleet availability.
