• Cancellations less than 24 hours before departure: a medical certificate is required to qualify for a refund or change. Without proof, 100% of the booking amount will be charged.
• Schedules and itineraries may change due to operational reasons, weather, or force majeure. If the company cancels and rescheduling is impossible, a full refund will be issued.
