Mallorca Grand Tour: Valldemossa, Soller & Sa Calobra by boat, tram and road

A unique trip offering dreamy views, combining transportation by land and sea, and offering the chance to explore beautiful traditional villages as well as nature with the most remarkable Mallorcan character.

In the morning, you will have the chance to wander around the medieval cobblestone streets of Valldemossa before the village gets crowded, when we will be restarting our trip through the coastal roads of the Tramuntana mountain range towards the modernist town of Sóller.

Soller, located in the heart of the Golden Valley and known as the capital of the Tramuntana, counts with a vibrant old town with stunning modernist architecture offering a great selection of artisan shops, tapas bars, traditional bakeries, local ice-cream and truly delicious orange juice freshly squeezed from local oranges.  

In the afternoon, you will be feeling like traveling back in time as soon as you get on the centenary tram that connects Soller with the coastal village of Port of Sóller, passing through rural landscapes and a picturesque maritime promenade. 

Once in Port of Sóller, you will embark on a boat towards Sa Calobra, where you will have the chance to explore this very unique natural formation where the waters of the Torrent the Pareis flow into the sea between two imposing cliffs. 

You will be ending your trip on a high note as we travel back to Palma through the impressive roads of Sa Calobra, considered a wonder of civil engineering and definitely offering some of the most stirring sea and mountain views on the island.

• Main meeting point and Tour start:  9:30am at Camino Escollera, Palma. Kindly arrive at this meeting point 10 minutes before (9:20am).
• Alternatively, we also offer a complimentary pick-up service in the areas of Calvià and Arenal. When you make your reservation, you will receive the pick-up time and closest pickup address to your accommodation.
• Estimated total duration: 9 hours from the main meeting point in Palma.
• Tour suitable for all ages, as long as travelers can walk at least 3 kilometers throughout the day and climb/descend some stairs.
• In case the boat to Sa Calobra cannot leave due to adverse weather conditions, the guests will have time to explore Port Soller instead, as well as take a boat trip around Soller Bay (which is usually sheltered from strong tides).

• A scenic boat trip from Sa Calobra to Port Soller.
• A ride on the centenary tram connecting Soller to the picturesque Port Soller.
• The gigantic scalextric-style road with impressive views while crossing the Tramuntana mountain range towards Sa Calobra.
• Time to explore the natural wonder of Torrent de Pareis and Sa Calobra cove.
• Passing through the lakes located in the heart of the Tramuntana mountains.
• Time to visit Valldemossa and Soller.

• In order to make the most of the trip, we advise you to take advantage while you explore the old town of Sóller and get at any of the traditional bakeries some Majorcan “panades” or “coca” as a meal to take away so that you can later enjoy it on the boat or while chilling in Sa Calobra.
• If you feel like going for a short hike, do not miss the chance to explore the mouth of Torrent de Pareis.
• What to bring: Comfortable shoes and clothing. Sun protection, swimming suit, towel.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure: a medical certificate will be required to qualify for a refund or change.
• Without proof, 100% of the booking amount will be charged.

Schedules and itineraries may be subject to changes due to operational reasons, weather conditions or force majeure. In the event of cancellation by the company, and if rescheduling is not possible, a full refund will be issued.
